Courage is a funny thing, it takes me a while to decide i am going to be courageous...but since leaving my job, being content with the peace in my day has been an interesting adjustment.
I am working on being ok with the nothing or silence, no plan, no 15 hour days, watching my emails dwindling down while I create the space for my dream job and let go of my habit of being needed or busy.
I have dove into my nutrition degree and I am loving it!
My body seems to make more sense now that i know how it works....that's been a journey!
We are starting up Question and Answer Isagenix Evenings for anyone interested!
